Take photos of the event (vendors, guests, volunteers, performers, etc.) Experience preferred. Please arrive at 10am to take set up photos before the fair.

Take videos of vendors and performers during the fair. Transfer all files to film maker afterwards.

Put out flyers, invite your friends as vendors or shoppers from your school. Community service hour will calculate based on the hours spent.Please indicated your school below.

Make sure all food vendors register for a California food handling permit and assist them if they need help. Community service hour will calculate based on the hours spent.Preferably one of the food vendors attending our fair (no drinks).
